Von Lmo (pronounced Von El-mo) is probably the best thing that’s happened to me, sonically, in years. Future Language is on my stranded on a desert island list of things to bring. Listen to Von Lmo while driving long distances and you will get there faster, trust me. Its sheer awesomeness will definitely offend your neighbors.

Von LMO (the man) was apart of Red Transistor, a New York no-wave act that released one single “We’re Not Crazy/Not Bite” (re-released by Thurston Moore’s Ecstatic Peace). He’s been around since the late 60s. Von Lmo (the band) last reformed in 1999 to perform a few gigs in NY. Highly recommended for fans of heavy metal, saxophones, extraterrestrials, Coney Island, thrashing.
